CANCELLATION AND RETURN
Our products are specially made to order in a specific finish or an upholstery color as per your specifications. Therefore, these made to order items cannot be returned or cancelled. These made to order items are produced based on your choice of materials and finishes, and put into production as per these specifications. Since you cannot change the order after the item has been entered into production, please make sure that the choice of materials and finishes are right for your needs.
RETURN OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTED PRODUCTS
We will accept the return of the products in case of any damage or defect of the products obvious to you at the time of delivery, which are solely attributable to us, or damages happened during the international transportation, or is the wrong item has been sent. You need to notify us with detailed and reasonable explanation within 7 days after delivery. To start this process, you can contact us at tsshoppingorder@timeandstyle.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without any notification to us will not be accepted. We may, at our sole discretion, choose to repair the damaged or defected products instead of accepting the return in case of repairable damage or defect of the products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
