Notice of Online Store Closure for Customers Outside Japan

We wish to inform you that our online store will stop accepting orders from outside Japan starting 9 February 2025.
We deeply appreciate your support and loyalty over the years.

Our products are lovingly crafted by skilled artisans, using traditional techniques and carefully selected materials. However, with our limited production capacity, we have found it challenging to meet the growing demand from our online store. 

To ensure the highest quality and care in serving our customers, we will focus on providing our products through our domestic online store (Japan only), physical stores in Japan and overseas, and our trusted distributors worldwide.

Temporary Online Store Closure for System Maintenance
From 10:00 on 10 February 2025 to 18:00 on 12 February 2025  (JST):

•The online store will be unavailable during this time for all online sales, including those in Japan.
•Delivery to forwarding services, including addresses within Japan, will not be possible.
