SHIPPING
Yes. We accept orders for deliveries worldwide excluding remote areas where the courier does not offer delivery service.
Shipping costs vary depending on the products and shipping destination.
-For small items (tableware, towels, etc.)
Anywhere within Japan: 1,100 yen (including tax)
International: varies depending on the size and region.
-For large products (furniture etc.)
Within Japan: varies depending on the size and region.
International: free shipping (included in the product’s price.)

Production times of furniture vary from product to product from 6 weeks to 12 weeks. Please see the lead time information on each product page.
Regarding the tableware, we ship the goods within 7 days if we have stock. If there is no available stock, we will inform you accordingly of the lead time of the production.
International: DHL and FedEx. The items will be delivered to your front door.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail.
International: The standard delivery from DHL and FedEx does not offer the white-glove delivery. Delivery is until the front-door of the delivery address.
If you need special delivery, please contact us.
You need to make sure of the delivery access (entrance, staircase, elevator, etc.).

PAYMENT
You can pay with Shopify payment (credit card of VISA, Master card, AMEX, and JCB) or Paypal.
If using Shopify, you can also take advantage of the Shop Pay service that allows you to skip re-entering your credit card details when making your next purchase.
It is an online payment service provided by PayPal.
If you have a PayPal account you can complete your payment by simply logging in.

It is one of the payment services provided by Shopify.
When using Shopify to make a purchase, you can save your credit card details when you register your account information. By doing so, the next time you make a purchase you can complete the payment process by simply entering the six-digit code (SMS authentication) sent to your email address and mobile phone number.
How to register
1. At the time of purchase, check the "Save my information for the next purchase" box and enter your mobile phone number.
(*) Shop Pay cannot be used without SMS authentication.
2. Your account information will be saved by simply completing the payment.
3. Upon receiving an email from Shop Pay, complete the email address verification process by clicking on the "Confirm email address" button.
How to edit/delete registered information
You can change or delete your registered information from the Shop Pay login screen (external site).

We do not receive any credit card information from you. Your payment transaction is processed and secured by third party’s payment system.

DUTY & TAX
The price does not include the duty and import VAT at customs. You need to pay duty and import tax before the delivery.
DHL or FedEx will complete the custom clearance procedures. They will inform you of the amount of duty and import VAT before the delivery.
RETURN & CANCEL
We cannot accept the return of an order except for any transit damages or manufacturing defects.

In the case of obvious defects at the time of delivery, please contact us 7days from the delivery of the items. Please see details at our Return policy.
GIFT WRAPPING
We cannot offer gift wrapping service for international delivery. This is because we need to ensure to minimize the risk of delivery damage.
