Please be aware that these works may have a lead time as they are custom-made and may incur customs duties on arrival at your destination.



We accept orders for deliveries worldwide excluding remote areas, where the courier does not offer delivery service.  The furniture prices on the website already include the international shipping cost. The tablewatre prices does not include the international shipping cost. The tableware delivery cost will be indicated on the "checkout - page".

After you place an order and we confirm the payment, we send you a confirmation email and start the production of furniture. Production times of furniture vary from product to product from 6 weeks to 12 weeks. Please see the lead time information on each product page on the website.
Regarding the tableware, we ship the goods within 7 days if we have stock. If there is no available stock, we will inform you accordingly of the lead time of the production.

Our items will be delivered by rapid courier (FedEx or DHL) from Japan. The transportation itself takes 7-14 days, excluding customs clearance at each country. Please understand that the delivery time depends on the final destination. The delivery service is until your front door. The courier does not offer the service of delivery to your room of choice, assembly and unpacking the items.

We will inform you the tracking number by email, once the items are dispatched from Japan.

Items are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, and all the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. Our courier's customs broker will contact you by phone or email as soon as the goods arrive to inform you of the amount and payment methods, providing step by step assistance. You will have to pay them prior to the delivery of your package or at the time of the delivery. We can provide an indication of duties and transport taxes for each case; however, we cannot guarantee the final amount, which will be decided by each country’s tax office.

By providing worldwide deliveries, we are aware of the packaging and operational management operations needed to guarantee a smooth delivery of products. However, damages in transit can happen, so we ask you to please check the products very carefully.

What to do in case some product(s) got damaged in transit?
Upon receiving the product, if it has been damaged, we recommend you to not accept the damaged goods or sign the delivery slip with the note "product damaged/broken".

In this case, we kindly ask you to send us an email with your invoice number and pictures of the damage so that we can send a damage report to our insurance. At the same time, keep the goods safe until we confirm the situation.

You are liable to check in advance that the products will fit through stairways, through doorways and any awkward or restrictive space. Please make sure that the product you are ordering is of a size that can be delivered into your home. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
