Please be aware that these works may have a lead time as they are custom-made and may incur customs duties on arrival to your destination.

 

Delivery

We accept orders for deliveries worldwide excluding remote area where courier does not offer the delivery service. The prices indicated on the website already includes the international shipping cost.


After you place an order and we confirm the payment, we send you a confirmation e-mail and start the production of items. Production times vary from product to product from 5 weeks to 12 weeks. Please see the lead time information at each product page on the website.

Our items will be delivered by rapid courier (FedEx or DHL) from Japan. The transportation itself takes 7-14 days, excluding customs clearance at each country. Please understand that the delivery time depends on the final destination. The delivery service is until the front door of your place. The courier does not offer the service of indoor delivery, assembly and unpacking the items.

We will inform you by e-mail the tracking number for the delivery, once the items are dispatched from Japan.

 

Duty and tax

Products are shipped to on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, and all the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. Our courier's customs broker will contact you by phone or email as soon as the goods arrive to inform you about the amount and payment methods, providing step by step assistance. You will have to pay them prior to the delivery of their package or at the time of the delivery. We can provide an indication of duties or import taxes on each case; however, we cannot guarantee the final amount, which will be decided by each country’s tax office.

Damage in transit

By providing worldwide deliveries, we are aware of the packaging and operational management operations needed to guarantee a smooth delivery of products. However, damages in transit can happen, so we ask you to please check the products very carefully.

What to do in case some product(s) got damaged in transit?
Upon receiving the product, if it has been damaged, we recommend you to not accept the damaged goods or sign the delivery slip with the note "product damaged/broken".
Please inform the carrier and us immediately in written form about the damages within 7 days upon receipt. You can write an email to tsshoppingorder@timeandstyle.com.

What to do if you have accepted the damaged goods?
In this case, we kindly ask you to send us an email with your invoice number and pictures of the damage so that we can send a damage report for our insurance. At the same time, keep the goods safe until we confirm the situation.

Access

You are liable to check in advance that the products will fit up stairways, through doorways and any awkward or restrictive space.
